Pinnacle Training North East provides hands-on vocational training that helps young people build practical skills, gain recognised qualifications and take their first steps towards a rewarding career.
Based in Peterlee, we work with schools, young people and learners across the North East who thrive in a practical, hands-on environment. Not every learner does their best sitting in a traditional classroom – and that is exactly where we come in.
Our training is delivered by experienced tradespeople in real working environments, so learners gain genuine, transferable skills alongside recognised NCFE qualifications.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to discover their strengths. Our courses are built around learning by doing, developing confidence, and building positive relationships with role models in the trades.
Every programme works towards NCFE Level 1 credits on our structured qualification pathway, giving learners a foundation for apprenticeships, further education and employment.
