Our purpose-built training facilities give learners the space, tools and environment to develop genuine trade skills safely and confidently.
Learning a trade means doing a trade. Our workshops in Peterlee and Sunderland are set up to mirror real working conditions, so learners are on the tools from day one rather than reading about them.
Bricklaying bays, plastering stations, carpentry benches, tiling areas — each trade has its own space, properly equipped with the tools and materials to practise on. Nobody is waiting their turn or making do with a demonstration.
A workshop is the one place where a bad joint or a blown wall costs nothing but the time to do it again. That matters more than it sounds: learners try, fail, and put it right without anyone standing over them with a deadline. It’s how confidence gets built alongside competence.
Every learner is trained in safe working practices and supervised throughout by experienced tradespeople, so good habits are formed early — on site, those habits are the difference between a long career and a short one.
