Introduction to Plastering Techniques

Our plastering courses help provide students with a basic range of knowledge, understanding and skill training to eventually help lead them to be a plaster.

At our well-equipped workshop students will have a range of tools and materials to help them carry out the skills. In our well-appointed classroom with computers, it will help the students have a link between the practical and knowledge aspects of our training course.

The Construction Industry

Construction is one of the UK’s largest industries, recently this industry has reported skill shortages. Helping students take the first steps to working in the Construction industry could help them gain a well-paid job role in the future.

The Introduction to Plastering Techniques Course involves 27 hours of learning and has a credit value of 3. Students on completing the course are awarded with the

NCFE Level 1 Award in Exploring Occupational Studies for the workplace.

Additional qualifications can be earned by taking part in other courses.

NCFE Level 1 Award in Occupational Studies – requires 6 credits

NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Studies – requires 13 credits

NCFE Level 1 Diploma in Occupational Studies – requires 37
